National Service Connect is a referral and connection service. We do not endorse, rank, recommend, or prefer any service provider over another. Our role is to connect consumers with available independent service providers based on service type and geographic area.
What This Means for Consumers
When you submit a service request through National Service Connect, we match you with an available provider in our network. This matching is based on:
- The type of service you need
- Your geographic location
- Provider availability at the time of your request
- Verify provider credentials at enrollment
- Connect consumers with available providers
- Process and investigate complaints
- Remove providers who violate our standards
- Provide clear information about our role
- Endorse or recommend specific providers
- Rank providers by quality or preference
- Guarantee the quality of any provider's work
- Supervise or control provider work
- Set or control provider pricing
Provider Relationship
Service providers in our network are independent businesses, not employees or agents of National Service Connect. When you hire a provider through our platform:
- • Your contract is directly with the provider, not with us
- • The provider sets their own prices, schedules, and work methods
- • The provider is responsible for the quality of their work
- • Any disputes are between you and the provider
Consumer Responsibility: We recommend that consumers independently verify current licenses and insurance, get written estimates before work begins, and check references before hiring any service provider.
No Paid Placement or Preferential Treatment
Providers cannot pay for preferential placement, priority matching, or enhanced visibility in our system. All providers in our network are treated equally in the matching process based on:
- Service type and specialization
- Geographic service area
- Current availability
