Our role is strictly limited to connecting consumers with independent third-party service providers. We do not guarantee that we will be able to match you with a service provider in your area.
2. Independent Providers
The service providers we connect you with are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of National Service Connect. We do not endorse or recommend any specific provider.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by third-party providers. Any agreement you enter into with a service provider is solely between you and that provider. National Service Connect is not a party to any such agreement.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall National Service Connect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any services provided by independent third-party providers connected through our Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service; and
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
4. Call Recording
By using our Service and calling our contact numbers, you consent to such recording and monitoring.
5. User Consent
By submitting your information through our Service, you expressly consent to be contacted by us and by our third-party service provider partners via phone, text message, or email, even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.
